We’re thrilled to introduce our innovative fusion of Modern Australian and Latin cuisine to the local dining scene. **Role Overview**:
As a Waiter/Waitress at Duke Lane, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals who are ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take and process orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- **Food and Drink Service**: Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- **Bartending**: Occasionally assist with bartending duties, including mixing and serving drinks in line with our menu.
- **Responsible Service of Alcohol**: Ensure the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a hospitality role is required.
- **RSA Certificate**: Must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work on weekends and during evening shifts.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- **Work Ethic**: A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 37.5 per week
