**SPECIALIST CLEANER POSITION DESCRIPTION**

Realcorp Commercial Cleaning (Realcorp) is a specialist cleaning company operating within large residential common areas, office spaces, and other commercial facilities. At Realcorp, we pride ourselves on exceptional service to our clients. We are not satisfied unless our clients are satisfied.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and skilled Specialist Cleaner to assist us with both specialised and general cleaning.

The specialist cleaning includes using walk behind scrubbing machines, swing buffing machines, pressure washing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, bin cleaning, car park scrubbing, and other periodic specialist tasks as required.

The position is full time.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Ensuring a high standard of cleaning for all contracts
- Performing periodic specialist cleaning tasks over a wide range of sites in and around Melbourne
- Solving cleaning issues
- Regular reporting to the Area Manager and Operations Manager
- Strong customer service approach with a positive can-do attitude
- Effective time management
