Day and Afternoon shifts available

The team at Flexiforce are urgently seeking experienced Warehousing Assistants and Machine Operators to fill multiple positions at our major national manufacturing company in St Marys.

Our long-established but expanding Western Sydney-based company, has been specialising in Insulated Wall panels and providing quality products since 1960. They are a market leader for Insulated Panelling and reflect that in the quality of service and product that they manufacture.

Previous experience in a factory/warehouse-based environment is essential

Successful applicants will work in varying roles, ranging from assembly work to machine operation to picking orders and wrapping pallets.

Training will be provided.

**About YOU**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as either a Warehouse/Factory Assistant or Machine Operator
- Great work ethic
- Dependability and dedication
- Commitment to attending each shift
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to listen and learn
- Strong underpinning knowledge of OH&S practices
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Efficient time management

- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Team player mindset

**About THE WAREHOUSING ASSISTANT ROLE**:

- Assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of Insulated wall panels
- Undertaking Storeperson duties incl. pick packing, wrapping pallets, loading & unloading, etc
- Completing regular General Warehousing tasks incl. assembly, despatch, and more.
- Performing quality checks on the production line
- Operating basic hand tools
- Manual handling
- Previous warehousing/manufacturing is essential

**About THE MACHINE OPERATOR ROLE**:

- Ensuring Machinery is set up within pre-defined parameters, as required
- Inspecting machinery & product for quality and compliance of industry safety regulations
- Identifying suitable materials for the product being run
- Configurating and operating machinery according to standards of procedures
- Performing minor repairs and consulting with technicians for more significant repair needs
- Utilising computer & mathematical skills
- Previous machine operation is essential

Forklift licence is highly regarded. Reliability is a MUST
