The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Payroll Technology - Workday, as the HR Tech Workday Analyst, Absence & Payroll, you will be a vital member of our HR Technology team, responsible for configuring and optimizing Workday's capabilities. You will serve as a key contributor, and you will be integral to supporting CSL's growth. You will ensure the effective utilization of the Workday platform. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

**The Role**:

- End-to-End Solution Consulting in the Workday Payroll & Absence module.
- Assess current state processes, identify efficiencies, and implement changes adhering to CSL's Workday Change Control & Data Governance Processes.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including COEs and I&T, for Workday platform strategy and architecture.
- Conduct design sessions, gather and document end-user requirements, and prototype solutions based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and I&T testing leads on system changes, identifying test scenarios/use cases, and providing support during UAT.
- Manage Tier 3 cases, including proactive assessment of break-fix cases, identify and address trends to enhance system stability and user satisfaction.
- Drive the schedule and execution of routine activities and projects, including preparing and loading EIBs.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Workday Configuration/Admin experience,
- 3+ years in HRIS Experience
- Proven experience with configuring and optimizing Workday's Payroll and Absence modules.
- In-depth knowledge of HR workflows, payroll regulations, and absence management best practices.
- Outstanding skills in managing stakeholders, interpersonal interactions, and communication.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing, creating, and effectively communicating suitable solutions.
- Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities and expectations to align to business objectives.
