A newly created full time permanent position has become available within the P&C Digital Services team here at AGL. Internally referred to as the P&C Digital Services Partner, you will be responsible for providing Workday issue resolution, configuration and reporting, as well as working with P&C Process owners and other key business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver enhancements to Workday functionality.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the P&C Services & Systems Lead, you will:

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Business Processes and configuration in one or more areas of Workday Functional areas; HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning
- Maintain master data configuration in Workday Functional area
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimise the use Workday
- Support Digital Services and Technology Team members in evaluating and testing cross functional impacts
- Support P&C Community in adopting Workday Functionality

About You

You will have experience with system build and configuration in Workday. You will have a technical mindset, and bring a sense of curiosity - looking to make an impact in a supportive environment.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Proven experience in a systems/functional Workday role, with configuration experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, in relation to translating business or technical requirements
- Strong organisational and self management skills including the ability to quickly adjust work cycles to accommodate emerging priorities
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of Workday: HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning preferred
