**Medical Receptionist/Admin**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin/Receptionist to join our team. You will need to be able to organise appointments, maintain records, perform medical & other tasks in order to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice, and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Booking appointments
- Processing billings
- Greeting patients with a warm, friendly manner
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Carrying out other general office and administration duties

You will be the main person meeting and greeting patients, therefore we need someone with great customer service skills who is proficient and fluent in the English language along with good computer skills.

Training is provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
