High Intensity, Disability Support Workers required for ongoing casual/agency shifts at several Nursing and Disability providers across Perth Metro and Rural, WA. **What you need to join the Techforce Healthcare Team**

12 Months Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours or complex needs

Certificate III, IV or similar qualification in aged care or disability support

NDIS worker Orientation Module completion

NDIS Screening Check clearance or willing to obtain one

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current Drivers license and comprehensive car insurance

Full medical evidence of vaccinations including covid and influenza

**About the role**:
Medication managements

Knowledge of medication management including Schedule 8 Medicines (S8)

Assisting clients with personal care including toileting, manual handling with the use of full hoists

Delivering compassionate high-quality care to participants with complex and challenging needs

Providing person centred community access such as social activities, shopping and daily life appointments

Documenting notes and care plans onto client Quality Management Systems as required

Completing any patient specific mandatory training
