**Job Description**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively managing all inventory related issues.
- Maintaining and improving inventory accuracy for stock transfers and cycle counts.
- Investigating and reporting on all stock discrepancies.
- Perform critical inventory tasks such as scheduled stock cycle counting including variants analysis.
- Proactively review documentation and monitor discrepancies, troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Ensure orders are picked based on priority and part availability.
- Timely receipting of parts into the warehouse.
- Participate in development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous Inventory Control experience within a Warehousing environment.
- Possess strong communication skills across all levels and problem solving skills.
- Analytical thinker with previous experience in managing pick paths and inventory maintenance.
- Relationship building
- Commitment to continuous improvement culture.
- Sound computer/Microsoft Excel/Office skills.
- A sound understanding of health & safety principles and procedures.
- Experience on an ERP system, Epicor E10 experience highly desirable.
- MPI Approved person awareness

**Qualifications**:

- RF knowledge.
- Current Driver’s Licence Class 1
- Current Forklift certification for counterbalance forklift
- Current Forklift certification for high reach forklift
- Current certification for order picker
