**ARE YOU THE DISPATCH WAREHOUSE - TEAM LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

**ROLE SUMMARY** - Supervise and Lead a team of packers. Previous experience as a Team Leader is an advantage.

**CURRENT SCHEDULE**:approx. 3 pm to 11 pm - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri

**THE ROLE REPORTS** to the Dispatch Manager

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 years work experience as a Team Leader in Picking/Packing
- Fresh Food Production industry experience will be a bonus
- Possess a current LF Forklift Licence - A MUST
- Physically fit to repetitively lift 5kg-15kg
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
- Communicate well both written and verbally
- Ability to lead a team of food packers to meet the day's deliverable
- Work well within a team environment
- Showing commitment, reliability and motivation
- Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
