**What this opportunity involves**:
As the National Program Manager - Construction, you will be expected to take the lead role on all matters relating to Construction Project Works including:
Key stakeholder engagement becoming the clients trusted advisor
Reporting and business intelligence, including detailed bench marking
Capital and Resource planning
Governance, process and technology adoption
Training and development for JLL Construction Project delivery team including regular monthly lunch and learn improvement sessions
In this position you will also be responsible for the timely delivery of technology and platform improvements, value add procurement insight and best in class legal and commercial governance for both the client and JLL
You will be required to develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong client and local network of contacts and business relationships such as Commercial, Retail and Industrial Investor sectors.
As a Program Manager, you have a responsibility as a leader to contribute to the development of less experienced colleagues through mentoring and coaching in all aspects of project management.
Performance objectives
A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT
Within each program, establish and implement an effective organisation structure for reporting, communication and working procedures.
Work with the National Delivery Manager - Construction to identify price, program, reporting and resourcing requirements
Take a proactive role in delivering a successful program.
Represent the client’s best interests from inception to completion of the program.
Establish and maintaining a positive client relationship.
Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
Represent and promote the company throughout the programs.
Ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
Ensure repeat business from existing clients.
Produce detailed monthly reports for projects covering, safety, environment, program, resources, budgets, risk and profitability
Lead the management of the construction phase of the project and ensure JLL is providing appropriate supervision commensurate with our role.
Establish and implement an appopriate quality control system.
Lead the identification, mitigation and reporting on project risks to ensure the delivery of projects on time and under budget.
Lead the utilisation of JLL technology including Clarizen, Jaggaer, Corrigo, Project Toolkit.
KPI Targets
Be aware of the KPIs for the PMO with a specific focus on Construction Project Works ensuring monthly compliance and attainment
Regularly review and report progress against the relevant KPIs
Develop and implement strategies to improve prospects of exceeding the targets
Align project performance measurements with the SLA required
Set targets for FM Project Managers which are aligned with the SLAs
Deliver Projects and Programs within the yearly budget range
LEADERSHIP
Create an environment where all Construction Project team members are encouraged to contribute.
Liaise with PDS National Operations teams to align objectives and measurable goals with National Delivery Manager - Construction and motivate project team to achieve them.
Acts as leadership role model for JLL by embracing JLL’s values at all time, these being Teamwork, Ethics & Excellence.
Coach and develop staff and provide regular feedback and guidance.
