**The Opportunity**:
As the **Executive Assistant **to the Chief Financial Officer, you are an integral part of the executive team. In addition to supporting the CFO you will also provide support to other senior leaders including the Executive GM of People and Strategy and the Head of legal at Komatsu.

Your day to day responsibilities will be widely varied and will require you to use your initiative and proative approach. You are often be the go to person so the ability to build relationships and adapt your style is something you thrive on.

This is a permanent part time position with working hours 9:30am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience as an Assistant to Senior Management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Proven experience using Microsoft suite
- Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a changing environment
