**About the opportunity**

As a result of business growth they are now looking to add to the team more Retail Customer Service team members to meet the needs of their loyal customer base.

**The Role & Duties**
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Monitoring the progress of orders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded to achieve the very best in customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the consultation process with multiple parties including commercial clients.
- Assisting other team members to achieve high level customer service as needed.
- Ensuring you are representing the brand, values and culture at all times.
