We are currently seeking experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) supervision services for our clients ;
Our envisioned collaboration would involve the following key tasks:
1. Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs):

- Utilize your expertise to assess and analyze the behaviors of our clients.
- Provide comprehensive reports outlining functional relationships and potential intervention strategies.

2. Designing and Modifying Client Treatment Plans:

- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Modify existing plans based on ongoing assessments and progress monitoring.

3. Guiding Senior and Junior Therapists:

- Provide guidance to our senior and junior therapists in the effective implementation of ABA programs.
- Offer ongoing support and feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.

4. Leading Monthly Team Meetings:

- Conduct virtual team meetings to discuss client progress, address challenges, and refine treatment strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment among our therapy team.
