**About the Role**
Reporting to the National Continuous Improvement Manager, the State Trainer position (NSW) will be responsible for the hands-on coordination and coaching of the Winning Services delivery, installation, warehouse teams, including our specialty 3PL installation teams.
Working closely with the other State Trainers, the primary goal for this role will be to ensure our teams have all the information and resources needed to perform at their peak. This role is not your usual Training position; in addition to executing training sessions, we are also looking for someone willing to source solutions to any immediate or future needs, and build ongoing positive relationships with our staff and stakeholders.
Essentially we are wanting an inspirational leader with the ability to support lasting cultural change and improvement
The responsibilities of the role includes:
- Deliver engaging and timely training to state teams
- Identifying the learning requirements of our staff, and managing resources/materials per business needs
- Administration and Reporting
- Creating digital content in addition to current training materials to provide the best pathways for our staff’s learning journey
- Troubleshooting on site as required
- Provide continuous growth opportunities for our teams through training and development, whilst actively identifying future training talent
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn and master new skills quickly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Intermediate level computer literacy including Google Suite; and/or ability to learn
- Has no aversion to change, and has demonstrated experience with managing change within teams they have been responsible for
