**People & Culture Advisor**

We're seeking a dynamic People & Culture Advisor to support regional and campus leaders with strategic and operational people solutions. This role is key in building strong relationships and driving a high performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert coaching and advice on employee relations, performance, and people processes
- Support and guide managers through ER cases and investigations
- Partner with leaders to develop strategies that boost engagement and team performance
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver employee inductions with the L&OD team
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Lead or support processes and performance management
- Champion recognition initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Ensure WHS compliance and guide leaders through safety-related matters
- Monitor pay structure compliance and support EVP and retention efforts
- Contribute to policy development and ensure effective rollout

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
- 2-5 years' generalist HR experience
- Strong stakeholder and customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Experience across multiple sites preferred
- Knowledge of the early childhood sector is a plus
- Valid Working with Children's check
