**About the Role**:

- This is a high-volume position, grinding up to 5 kg per day, in both takeaway and sit-down coffees
- A high-end corporate clientele who enjoys latte art
- Repeat customers who love a friendly face
- Calibrating the espresso machine to optimise quality of the product
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency

**About You**
- Previous experience in a high-volume café/barista role is essential
- Bubbly and friendly person who can hold conversation with clients
- Always maintain a positive attitude to customer satisfaction
- Great communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed person
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
