Logistics Coordinator

Our client is an Australian-owned company with offices and production plants all throughout Australia. It is a leading provider of dairy-based products, services, and solutions to the retail, food service, and food ingredient sectors.

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their business as the Supply Chain Coordinator.
- **Duties will include**:_
- Raise all PO's for production/foodservice/trading stock nationally and build strong relationships with supplier contacts
- Ensure all PO dates in ERP are up to date so warehouses/production have correct information for planning production and warehouse resources
- Work with suppliers to ensure quantities and ETAs can be met in line with Production requirements, timeline commitments and warehouse and 3PL capacity
- Co-ordinate with freight forwarders and wharf carriers nationally for timeslots of containers into Greenacre
- Rounded understanding of all incoterm arrangements, inbound/outbound health and country requirements and ensure the business meets these requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage changes/delays due to worldwide shipping disruptions
- Arrange the return of stock to suppliers if needed

**_To be successful you will need: _**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics system
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
