Connect Group Services is a Psychology business servicing Corporate (EAP), Work Cover/NDIS and Individual mental health needs through innovative online platforms.

We are looking for a go-getter, enthusiastic New Sales Specialist who can work in conjunction with our team to generate and convert new customer interests in our services focusing on our innovative and industry leading EAP service - Connect Psych Services.

Our purpose built and proprietary platform is the intersection of using incredible and innovative technology to delivery Mental Health services (Psychology/Counselling sessions and Mental Health literacy) in a manner that has maximum impact in society by working with businesses who truely care about their employees.

An uncapped commission structure is available making this opportunity one that will generate a fantastic salary with continued growth

Working with the Founders and other staff members (12 in the management/admin team + 40 Psychologists who work remotely), key tasks include (but not limited to):

- Convert inbound leads generated from our Marketing and Digital Marketing efforts
- Assisting in content marketing for outbound presentation of the Business
- Performing outbound lead generation and sales calls
- Bringing initiative to the role in generating sales opportunities
- Exceeding targets and smashing KPI’s
- Experience using sales scripts and overcoming objections
- Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
- Light ad-hoc administration based functions

Who we are looking for:

- A self-driven, motivated, and hungry sales over-achiever
- Proven background in lead generation, outbound sales, or similar
- A gun in LinkedIN
- Loves content creation, social media and unafraid to bring the passion to the role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, fun office environment
- The ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Obsessed by targets, money and success
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Confident in your own skin

Having a background in Sales and Allied Health/Psychology would be preferable - not mandatory, fast/passionate learners totally is what we want

The office location is in Cheltenham (3192) as part of the Gills Nursery complex. With an onsite child care facility (Creative Garden), as well as easy access to the beach, Southland shopping centre, Nepean Hwy and plenty of conveniences including onsite free parking, this role would be the perfect way to re-enter the workforce or pivot into an emerging and critically important service benefiting society.
