We are looking for positive & motivated waiters and bar tenders who enjoy working with great wine, amazing food and have chosen front of house as their profession.

Working together with our downstairs sister business, Kirks Wine Bar, you will be surrounded by like minded professionals who love sharing their wine knowledge and passion for delivering top-level hospitality service.

The Saloon serves our a la carte menu Tuesday-Friday for Lunch & Dinner services, with private dinners and event bookings in the space on weekends.
- Have an appreciation & sound knowledge of food, wine & service
- Have an eye for detail and enjoy doing things the right way
- Well presented with excellent grooming standards
- Demonstrate the ability to stay calm during a busy service
- Wish to develop, expand and challenge their wine knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with both our customers and colleagues
