**4 Month Contract + Potential for extension |**

**Pay: 43.32 / hour + super**

**Location: Sydney (Hybrid working arrangement)**

**Hours of work: 14hrs / week**

**Primary purpose of the role**:
This role will be responsible for keying statistical data from hospital facilities into the Tribunal database as well as a range of other data entry and administrative tasks.

**Key accountabilities**
- Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions including, records management, petty cash, accounts and routine purchasing, routine correspondence and meeting minutes, document compilation and distribution, preparation for meetings and conferences and data entry.
- Process, data enter and reconcile part time members timesheets and claims for payment and prepare payroll reports to ensure that records of payments and claims are accurate and complete.
- Process, data enter and reconcile admission data received from Facilities; liaise with Facility staff and ensure timely compliance with data submissions.
- Provide support, administrative assistance and data entry as required by the Registrar across multiple projects and departments.
- Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately with attention to detail.

**Essential Requirements**
Experience in administration, scheduling, data entry and client management.
