The Role_**

At Infin8 care, Kitchen Assistants play a key role in meeting our residents’ daily needs.

Working as part of the Hotel Services team, and reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with limited supervision and be responsible for a variety of activities including food preparation and service, in room service and ensuring that the dinning areas remain clean and ready for residents.

**_ About You_**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so whilst some experience in food service would be ideal, its not essential. You do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values have strong communication skills, be compassionate, have a customer service mindset, and strive for the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene as well as:

- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced busy kitchen.
- Have excellent time management, organisational skills.
- Are a strong communicator who is committed to high standards of customer service.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
- Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
- Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
