**Reservations / Administration Assistant**

The family run Deane Group owns and operates Deanes Coaches, a Bus & Coach Tour and Charter business with depots in Cooma and Fyshwick (ACT) along with Ski Rider Motel, a 95-bed hotel/motel based in Wilsons Valley near Perisher and Potter Travel (Cooma & ACT).

We are looking for a dynamic and focused individual with a high level of administration skills and attention to detail, to join our locally owned family business.

We are experiencing tremendous growth as we are committed to providing a highly personalised service to our guests and clients that elevates us from our peers.

You will need to be a highly motivated and organised individual who ideally has:

- Previous hospitality, tourism, and travel industry experience
- A high level of computer skills in reservation/booking systems as well as MS 365 programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your tasks will include:

- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to create an experience for all guests and clients
- Handle customer queries relating to Motel and Coach Reservations
- Execute day-to-day reservations for Motel and Coach Charter and Tours, including group bookings and inquiries
- Follow up on tentative bookings and update reservation and booking status for Motel and Coach Charters
- General Administration tasks

This is a full-time permanent role. You will be based at our Sharp Street (Cooma) office, but on occasion **may **be required to travel to our depot in Fyshwick (ACT) and our Motel in Wilsons Valley (near Perisher).

A competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
