**ABOUT THE ROLES**

This would suit someone wanting a career in the optical industry. Optical experience is preferred, however we are also willing to support an enthusiastic employee who has the right attitude and aptitude to learn new skills.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Working with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Provide superior experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond
- Practice administration duties including appointment book management, health fund and Medicare claims, processing of invoices and patient recalls, along with stock management and window Visual Merchandising
