About You We're seeking a Fashion-Forward Optical Assistant who will: &]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 pl-8"> - Guide clients through our curated collection of exclusive eyewear designs - Create personalised styling experiences that blend fashion expertise with optical knowledge - Thrive in our intimate, design-focused environment - Bring creativity and flair to every client interaction Skills & Experience - Has experience in optical retail or luxury fashion (optical background preferred) - Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in both style and service - Creates memorable client experiences through personalised consultation - Shows initiative and creativity in visual merchandising - Has strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - Experience with Optomate is beneficial What Makes Us Unique - A collaborative team that values creativity and individual style - No Sunday trading and short Saturday retail hours (10-3) with rotating roster - Not-so-late late-night trading (only until 7pm on Fridays) - No uniform - Focus on personalized service rather than sales targets - Creative marketing strategies including social media, window displays, and in-store events Development Opportunities - Ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends - Opportunity to expand your skills and take on additional responsibilities We don't just sell glasses; we connect with our patients.
