- **Salary: $128,327 to $133,758 (Pro-Rata) - RN/M4 - Part Time 0.2 FTE / Term Contract up to 30 June 2025**

Overview:

- The Clinical Program Manager will use their clinical knowledge and experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care in relation to the design and commissioning of service pathways required to contribute to the development of the Nurse Practitioner Pilot in Primary Care.
- The Clinical Program Manager works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and both clinical and management staff to contribute to major system change.
- The Clinical Program Manager will contribute to advice, leadership, management and clinical knowledge for the reform initiatives including supporting the delivery of health reform.
- The Clinical Program Manager will contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Team contributing to the Integrated Care Team business plan and leadership team.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**

- Endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
