We have an immediate start for a dynamic fast-paced **Accounts Data Entry Officer **to join our **Head Office** team based on **St Kilda Road** overlooking Albert Park.

**About the role**
The** Accounts Data Entry Officer** will be responsible for the delivery of excellence in mass data input / processing transactions into our finance systems for Accounts Receivable in a timely manner.

As an** A**ccounts Data Entry Officer**, you will be supporting the Finance department as required and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
- This role would suit someone who is looking for career progression and we will support your development into an Accounts Officer role._

**Key Responsibilities in your role**
- High volume data entry and transaction processing in accounts systems
- Handling of mass volume inbound / outbound documents, processing / filing documents electronically and hardcopy
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines professionally and positively
- Excel under pressure and multi-task with excellent problem-solving abilities

**Things that matter to us**
- Experience in high volume finance data entry or administration
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in collaboration and continuous improvement
- Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- National Police Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
