An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as a Digital Producer has arrived By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by supporting optimisation and daily updates to BOQ Group’s various channels, adding significant value to our organisation. With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across the BOQ Group.

- Gathering relevant analytics and recommending opportunities to improve the customer experience and optimise customer journeys.
- Planning and conducting appropriate testing on all deliverables to ensure a quality end-user experience that is error free and fit for purpose.
- Providing training and support to peers and colleagues by sharing best practice knowledge and skills.
