**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as a Digital Producer has arrived By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by supporting optimisation and daily updates to BOQ Group’s websites.

As a digital producer, you will work within a team of digital specialists to deliver website optimisations and daily updates for BOQ, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank. You will help the team deliver an optimal online user experience as part of an omni-channel customer journey to drive digital sales, conversions and enhance customer engagement. This includes working closely with product, marketing, group technology, risk, compliance, and legal divisions.

This is an exciting and diverse role that will challenge and reward you. Your key accountabilities could include:

- Deliver BAU and campaign updates to the BOQ Group websites and related digital platforms.
- Provide expertise in a range of optimisations to help enhance and improve our onsite presence.
- Gather insights to enable ongoing optimisation opportunities to improve customer journeys.
- Utilising A/B on-site testing to ensure a quality end-user experience.
- Understanding of SEO, Onsite-optimisation, CMS platforms and website eco-systems.
