The IT APAC team works to empower internal CNH teams across APAC with robust, user-centered capabilities that digitize and streamline business processes, improve customer experience, and help strengthen the firm’s operational maturity. As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading architecture & design decisions across the different technology platforms within the IT team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensuring client satisfaction.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / Bachelors degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics or business administration. Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
Certifications: (Great to have (certainly a major Plus) but not mandatory)
- Business Relationship management professional (BRMP),
- Certified Business Relationship manager (CBRM),
- Masters in Business Relationship management (MBRM)
- 12+ years of overall proven experience with business Products.
- Prior experience of working with functional IT teams (Finance / HR) in similar roles. Prior finance apps exp as product manager is a big plus.
- Strong experience and knowledge of business domains or previous experience as product owner, account manager, service manager or IT business partner in relevant industry or business segment. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Well-versed knowledge of software development lifecycle, and testing methodologies, such as Agile.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
