COMPANY PROFILE:
Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for supporting the CNH Agriculture Product Optimisation & Commercial Training Team to drive customer and dealer understanding and capabilities on the CNH product offering through training, demonstration and advocacy.
- Direct responsibility for driving activities, in conjunction with CBU’s, in order to reach market share, volume, customer satisfaction (NPS) and profitability objectives, across Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Collaboration with Product & Pricing Manager to co-ordinate product marketing related activities including short and long-term planning, pricing, programs and promotions, product launches, sales support, and inventory management.
- Manage the Product Optimisation & Commercial Training Team in the training of dealership salespeople to ensure focus is in selling the features, advantages and benefits of key products to customers and competitive owners.

Major Accountabilities:

- Lead and motivate the CNH Product Optimisation & Commercial Training Team, measuring their performance against agreed objectives that drive wholegoods sales programs to meet objectives for market share, volume and profitability.
- Working closely with CBU Manager(s), Product & Pricing Manager and Marketing Team to design programs that ensure competitiveness in the marketplace and ensure achievement of overall business goals in alignment with Commercial & Finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the CBU Regions to ensure dealership Salespeople are provided with suitable training across the CNH product offering on the features, benefits and practical capabilities of that range.
- Coordinate with CBU Regions to ensure Customers are aware of the CNH product offering, including features, benefits and practical capabilities, through planned demonstrations (with Dealer support) as well as supporting Dealers with on-farm support for existing and conquest customers as required to drive CNH objectives.
- Support “Own & Use” Customer Satisfaction “NPS” stream management in conjunction with APAC Quality and ANZ Product Support team.
- Support Product & Pricing Team with competitive price comparison for all CNH products to ensure competitive pricing and profitability as well as marketing strategy of CNH product range.
- Provide sales support and product training for company personnel as required.
- Understand market trends and demand of product offerings required by industry to support the Product & Pricing Team with product strategies & development.
- Provide other market insights at an Industry & Regional level that supports adequate and timely supply of CNH product mix/offering and avoids excess and aged inventory.
- Reviews revenue, customer segments and developments, reporting regularly to the Business Director - Agriculture.
- Manage allocated budget and SG&A expenses.
- Optimise involvement and representation of CNH Brands and Product in all major field days and appropriate industry events.
- Lead talent identification, recruitment and coaching/mentoring activities of staff.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):

- Bachelor's degree or similar tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated industry experience in product management or territory sales including strategic planning processes.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, building strong collaborative working relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
