**Your responsibilities...**
Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, the Facilities Specialist will provide efficient operations of company-owned premises and leases. This is a broad role covering the
- Organisation and execution of maintenance of offices, warehouses and showrooms around Australia
- Management of onsite audits and record-taking
- Vendor management (the organisation has a number of long serving suppliers across air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, security, grounds keeping and cleaning)
- Quotes and execution of maintenance, along with follow up with trades and vendors
- Taking a lead role in creating a safe and productive environment for your colleagues
- Ad hoc support for the National Facilities Manager
- Use of internal systems for quotes, purchasing and budgeting
- Maintain regular communication with a wide variety of internal stakeholders affected by maintenance, updates and repairs
- Live and breathe the compliance of safety standards and security protocols, including Fire Warden responsibilities
- Co-ordination of the company car fleet from new car requests, maintenance, tolls, fuel, repairs etc.

**You are/have...**
- Solid PC skills for effective coordination and documentation of maintenance issues and their resolution.
- Teamwork and the ability to work in tandem with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Basic financial acumen for budget management and assessing quotes
- You must be someone who loves to show some **initiative** and take a **proactive approach** to planning and execution.
- **Detail-oriented**:An eye for detail to identify small improvements and act. Detail and the highest quality is a reflection of the company brand and therefore high standards must be maintained.
