DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Terminal Operator Specialist, Driver Desk in Melbourne.

The Terminal Operator Specialist is the face of the company for all incoming couriers. They will be tasked with upholding the requirements to enter a 77G bond store including but not limited to, communicating with the incoming drivers, scanning their licence, producing, and handing out the relevant paperwork and allowing entry.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Upholding the regulations for entry to a 77G bond store.
- Scanning a valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Producing various types of paperwork out of CargoWise One & ICS.
- Daily collection of Gate Pass’s & manifests from the warehouse to then be scanned into CargoWise One.
- Liaising and assisting with various departments within DSV regarding collections and deliveries.

**About you**:

- CW1 knowledge advantageous.
- At least one years’ experience in a similar role is preferable.
