We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to work in our Supply Chain team located in Port Melbourne on a full time permanent basis. This position is based 100% onsite.
**Position Responsibilities**:
Lead the development and deployment of process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activitie
- s Lead the maintenance of processes and system
- s Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysi
- s Lead SAP problem solving and process mapping to improve reporting and dat
- a Lead the coordination and tracking of action items and metric
- s Lead required updates and changes to key supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysi
- s Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and peer

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)**:
8-10+ years of industry experienc
- e Relevant experience in business, supply chain, engineering or other relevant disciplin
- e Ability to analyse data, draw insights and prepare reportin
- g SAP knowledge and experience is a must in this rol
- e High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AI tool
- s Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and organisation skill
- s Ability to influence and engage other
- s Ability to problem solve and make recommendation
