**Snapshot of your role**:
The Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program Facilitator is responsible for the administrative management of the KIS program, which involves tasks such as rostering, problem solving, staff support, service liaison, case noting, and quality assurance. You will ensure that Kindergartens/ or Early Learning Services are allocated with sufficient and appropriate Inclusion Support Additional Assistants (ISAAs) and that their rosters are maintained. You will also communicate with the services regarding any staff changes and endeavour to fill any vacant shifts.

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:

- Skill in the support of staff, including guidance and problem solving.
- Clear, positive and engaging communication.
- Experience and skill in administration tasks including program specific data bases.
- Skill in the recruitment and induction of new staff.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Commitment to promoting a cooperative and cohesive team.
- High standards of ethical and professional behaviour.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office packages, client rostering and client management data base.
