_ **Join Our Team as a Skilled Construction Labourer or Tradesman - Competitive Hourly Rates **_
- Experience and Skills:_
- _Proficiency in structural steel, roof demolition and new structural roof installations_
- _Demonstrated experience in demolition, concrete work, and welding._
- _Demonstrated Experience in cladding and cladding replacement installation_
- Desirable Skills:_
- _Trade qualification or experienced trades assistant_
- _Flexibility to work outside your trade, utilizing your knowledge as a skilled labourer_
- _Eagerness to learn and grow_
- _Ability to read and interpret structural plans with precision_
- _Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship_
- _Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to lead and direct a small team_
- _Proficient in following instructions and project schedules_
- _Commitment to safety practices and excellent communication skills_
- _Hold HRW tickets for rigging, EWP, telehandler, and forklift operation_
- _Previous experience in demolition is highly advantageous_
