**Position Overview**:As an Experienced Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the execution of tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and manual labour.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Support the completion of various construction tasks as directed by supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) registration is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
