To be part of this dynamic team of professionals you will need retail sales or hospitality experience, preferably with barista experience, and exposure to working in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to provide fast and friendly service by delivering high-quality products and a memorable experience to our customers before they jet off to their business or holiday destination.

Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.

**You'll bring**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Hospitality and barista experience will be highly regarded for the Café Team Leader position
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
- Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
- A drive to lead your team to achieve goals and targets

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
