**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The People Systems Analyst is key to ensuring our People Services systems are fit for purpose and configured and maintained per legislation, agreements, policies, and business process requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES IN A SNAPSHOT**

Reporting directly to the Head of People Systems & Reporting you will:

- Actively participate in People Systems programs of work, day-to-day maintenance, and change management across SuccessFactors, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC, Payroll, and Power BI.
- Ensure business continuity for People Systems & Reporting and maintain operational excellence.
- Scope, document, design, and configure People System solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the development of solutions to continuously improve people services.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery across the group.
- Define business & information requirements in order to develop functional specifications.
- Provide functional support, advice, and training to business users.
- Maintenance of People Systems; configuration, business processes, and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the ongoing delivery of a customer-focused People Advisory service.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or demonstrated experience working with People & Workforce Systems.
- Prior experience in functional support roles using SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is essential.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable skills in Risk Management with a good understanding of environmental, labour, and other relevant legislation relating to the retail/convenience industry.
- Successfully manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
