**Your Team**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. The major work function of this role is to prepare and provide timely and accurate financial information across a range of entities across CFS.
The CFS Statutory & Regulatory Reporting team partners with the business to:
- Drive behaviours across CFS to achieve strategic financial objectives;
- Provide financial leadership in determining strategic business direction and aligned financial strategies;
- Protect, preserve and safeguard CFS assets; andBalance capabilities, costs and service levels to fulfil CFS Finance’s responsibilities.
**Your Responsibilities**
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Your contributions will directly impact decision-making and financial transparency across CFS.
You Will:
- Prepare and deliver clear, accurate financial reports across multiple entities.
- Support smooth and efficient month-end processes and reporting
- Foster a strong financial control environment, working closely with internal and external stakeholders—including finance teams, fund services, and auditors.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal preparation in Oracle GL and balance sheet reconciliation.Manage bank reconciliations and support additional reconciliation tasks as needed.
Your keen attention to detail and collaborative mindset will help ensure financial integrity and drive continuous improvement.
**Your Capability and Experience**
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is passionate about financial excellence. You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience or a strong interest in financial reporting within financial services.
- Are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities with confidence.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in accounting.
- Are CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards certification.Have experience with Oracle general ledger systems (advantageous but not required).
