**The Role**

Our client is seeking a **Australian Citizen Defence Security Cleared Commercial Support Officer** to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal to the success of our projects, offering a diverse range of responsibilities in commercial support and contract administration within the Defence sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform contract administration tasks, including reviewing and contributing to commercial documents.
- Engage with stakeholders including management, staff, customers, contractors, and external organisations.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed by management.
- Conduct data management and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Offer advice and assistance on commercial matters as required.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support project needs.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Prior experience within the Defence industry is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in contract management and administration.
- Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum NV1 security clearance is mandatory, with the ability to upgrade if necessary.
