**About the role**
As a Librarian at TAFE NSW, you'll empower our diverse student body with exceptional information literacy instruction and support, both in-person and online, across local and statewide campuses. You'll assist in the development and promotion of innovative, customer-focused library services that are key to our students' educational success.
Qualified Librarians who are eligible for Associate Membership of ALIA, (Australian Library and Information Association) are invited to apply.
We have the following positions on offer:
- Temporary part-time until September 2025, 14 hours per week
- Temporary part-time until December 2025, 21 hours per week
**About You**
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated professional with a passion for library and information services to join our team If you meet the following criteria, we’d love to hear from you:
- **Qualifications**: Eligible for Associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) with an ALIA-accredited library and information science qualification.
- **Expertise**: Strong knowledge of library and information service concepts, principles, and theory.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Understanding of library systems, practices, procedures, and current developments, with the ability to support evolving library technologies.
- **Customer Focus**:Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services in a team.
