**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Field Assistant to join the Resource Development team at our Duketon operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of drilling and sample collection.

This is a FIFO role - 8:6 roster (ex Perth).

About the Role
- Application of appropriate sampling technology to meet Regis QA / QC requirements;
- Accurately marking up, cutting and sampling diamond drill core;
- Daily field data entry, submitted to the Perth office weekly;
- Daily audits on field vehicles to ensure they are maintained in good working order;
- Maintain all communication equipment (UHF, Spot, inReach and satellite phones) in working order;
- Inspection of work area and equipment for hazards, malfunctions and damage;
- Use of GPS and Compass to set out drill holes and line up rigs; and
- Collection and recording of samples (from drills and other geological techniques).

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Experience working with all aspects of mineral exploration including with drilling and earthmoving contractors (preferred);
- Familiar with RC and diamond core drilling techniques, sampling, operational safety (preferred);
- Familiarity with data entry and excel spreadsheets;
- Current WA class C manual drivers licence;
- 4WD competency (certified) mandatory;
- Current Senior/Perform First Aid Certificate;
- Works cooperatively with peers and management;
- Possesses a solid work ethic and strong desire to do things safely and efficiently; and
- A self-starter who is motivated, demonstrating initiative to extend themselves.
