Apprentice Wanted - JW Polishing

Are you passionate about craftsmanship and working with your hands? JW Polishing, a leader in modern and antique furniture restoration and polishing, is looking for a motivated Apprentice Polisher to join our skilled team.

What You’ll Learn:\
- Select appropriate materials for finishing furniture
- Remove old finishes and prepare furniture to receive finishes
- Perform traditional French polishing and explore heritage skills
- Repair or restore timber and composite components in furniture

What We’re Looking For:

- A keen interest in woodworking, furniture restoration, or craftsmanship.
- Someone eager to learn and take pride in quality work.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.

No experience? No problem

This is a hands-on apprenticeship. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to develop your skills and grow within the trade.

Location: Cromer, NSW

Hours: Full-time apprenticeship 38 Hours a week
