We're Hiring – Furniture Spray Finisher

JW Polishing is a Northern Beaches–based furniture restoration and finishing business. We specialise in detailed, high-quality spray finishing for fine furniture, antiques, and custom pieces

We're looking for a fully qualified Furniture Spray Finisher who has genuine experience spraying furniture and detailed items.

What you'll be doing:

• Professional spray finishing of timber furniture and intricate detailing
• Colour matching and toning
• Prepping, sanding, and polishing to the highest standard
• Applying lacquers, stains, oils, and custom finishes, 2pac finishes
• Working across antique, mid-century, and contemporary furniture pieces
• Maintaining a clean and safe spray booth

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in furniture spray finishing (not just cabinet/joinery work)
• knowledge of finishes, coatings, and polishing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and patience with fine work
• Pride in craftsmanship and consistency in quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, specialist team
