**About the Role**

**The role is Fixed term - Fulltime 3 years**

**Position Outcomes**
- Suggest and help in improving existing business processes, reporting and data management for Unifier system processes and system enhancements.
- Day to day operational support for system outages, releases, user requests and incidents.
- Work with stakeholders and software vendors to deliver business requirements

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Expertise in contract management / procurement workflow and financial systems.
- Experience and knowledge in maintaining user access, group roles and assignment for Unifier.
- Excellent documentation skills and expertise in developing and maintain technical documents.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, Service Now, Resolve, MS Office 365 tools and Visio
- Advanced experience with use of Unifier tools such as U-Designer for designing, developing, configuring, testing and deploying changes in Unifier.
- High level knowledge to Create/Update Contract/Project Shell Templates and configuring workflows in Unifier.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information systems /Computer Science.

**Desirable**
- Good knowledge and understanding of contract management systems
- Primavera Unifier Implementation Specialist Certification
- ITIL certification
- Corporate Finance knowledge
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, BIP, OACS)
