**About the Role**

Davidson technology have partnered with a Victorian Government agency who provide a vital service to Victorians on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation with a purpose.

We are looking for an Applications Support Specialist to join the organisation on an initial 12 month, fixed term contract. Responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, gather user feedback, and propose system enhancements or process improvements.

**About you**

We are looking for:

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, and Microsoft 365 suite, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Familiarity with business processes across sales, finance, and productivity functions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
