**The Position**
- Creating memorable service experiences for our Lounge guests
- Clearing tables as well as ensuring buffet service areas are clean and tidy
- Develop skills in Barista and bar
- Food Prep
- Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices

**The Person**
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitive and efficient.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
