**About Us**:
We are a family-owned and operated hospitality group with over 15 businesses across Southeast Queensland. As part of our growing portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Retail Manager (General)**. You will be working across multiple retail liquor outlets under our **Liquor Legends** banner, with full support from our team and the Liquor Legends brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of three retail liquor stores and a drive-through at the **Commercial Hotel Nambour**.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and ensure the shops are well-stocked and presented.
- Use **Swift POS** software for inventory management and ordering.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters and supervise a team of approximately three (3) full-time and five (5) casual staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor industry guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Liquor Legends team, following their category management and retail guidelines.
- Ensure stores are operating smoothly, with exceptional customer service standards always maintained.
- Lead the team by example, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail liquor management (e.g., BWS, Liquorland, Celebrations)
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and POS systems (preferably Swift POS or similar).
- Experience managing a small team, including scheduling and performance management.
- Ability to operate and manage multiple outlets effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high retail standards and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work weekends with two days off mid-week.

**Visa & Employment Details**:

- This position is part of the **482 TSS Visa Program**. Applicants must meet government requirements and have the appropriate visa status to work in Australia.
- This is an **onshore** position only.
