Overview

Your role as a Retail Coordinator is to create and manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, and customer service, assisting customers at the counter and in the showroom.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation and customer service, assisting customers at the counter and in the showroom.
  • Always display a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers.
  • Provide friendly, accurate service and advice to Repco customers.
  • Maintain store standards, including presentation and merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store and in-store promotions.
  • Process stock; receive, dispatch and store items and ensure the showroom is well stocked.
  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member.

Note: This role will require lifting, bending and climbing.
