The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Development Manager in our rapidly expanding Adelaide office.
At present we have two highly successful projects with Glenside and Fletchers Slip, and we look forward to further growing our South Australian portfolio. These two developments have a combined project value of over $650 million and will be delivered over the next 8 to 10 years.
Critical to setting you up for success is the team to support you. You will become part of a high spirited and engaged team, working in a collaborative environment where your opinion is not only valued but encouraged and sought out. You will be provided with high quality on the job training and mentoring to round out your delivery and development experience.

**Some duties will include**:

- Assist to manage the delivery of the project from concept through to completion, in line with company targets
- Oversee external and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project budget and financial reporting
- Provide input into sales and marketing strategies

**Requirements / Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, property development, engineering, architecture, town planning or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in an ADM or similar position including delivery experience on site
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing consultants and contractors
- Passion to succeed and progress your career
